Job summary Welcome to FCMS We are looking for a professional and enthusiastic Data Analyst. The post-holder will work as a valued member of the Data Team based at Newfield House in Blackpool. They will work alongside other experienced team members and support our existing apprentice Data Analyst (Level 4 Higher Apprenticeship). Much of your time will be spent on site at Newfield House in Blackpool. However, there is an expectation that you will travel to our various operational sites to engage with the operational staff delivering services, as required. Some hybrid working may be considered. Hours: 37 hours per week Salary: £31,650 - £34,815 per annum (depending on experience) Main duties of the job The role itself will involve a wide variety of data extraction, data quality review, pattern analysis, root cause and reporting scenarios. A further part of the role will be to help us stabilise and automate many of the existing ETL processes. This will be accomplished using modern tools, so the Business Intelligence department can spend more time adding value through insight about the functionality of our business from the data it produces.
