Job Description:
Assistant Site Co-Ordinator
The Fleet Site Co-Ordinator supports our Fleet department by scheduling workshop tracking, generating service reports, managing invoicing, liaising with suppliers, dealing with enquiries, data entry, completing regular workshop audits, routinely ordering parts, managing inventory, and handling monthly stock orders, along with other administrative support. The role also involves assisting the workshop with moving vehicles, collecting parts from suppliers, and other general duties as required. This position reports directly to the Workshop Controller and the State Maintenance Manager.
What we are looking for:
* Experience with Microsoft Office skills
* Customer-focused with the ability to build strong relationships quickly
* High attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to learn new systems swiftly
* Good written and verbal communication skills
* A team player who can build relationships
* Car driver’s license required (MR license highly desirable)
* Forklift / High risk license (preferred)
