Key areas we work in include: resilience shift; our adaption to a changing climate, assetfmanagement, catchment science andfmanagement, dams and reservoirsfengineering, flood and coastal riskfmanagement, integratedfdrainage network modelling and 3D water modelling, natural floodfmanagement and river restoration, river and waterwayfengineering, water environmental management making our waterways cleaner, sustainable drainage systems (SuDS) and green infrastructure, wastewaterfinfrastructurefand treatment, water resourcesfmanagement, water treatment and supply. You will assist in preparing designs and gain a thoroughunderstanding of the role of a design engineer by using relevant software and seeing first-hand how we operate. Due to themulti-disciplinary nature of our design teams, you will have the opportunity to work alongsidefother disciplines such as Hydraulic Modellers, Mechanical, Electricalfand Geotechnical Engineers, Surveyors, Landscape Architects, Environmental Consultants and Project Managers. Depending on performance, there may be anopportunity to receive a permanent offer of employment upon graduating.
