Job Description We’re recruiting for Consultants to join our Group Protection team. This is a hybrid role, whereby we have a requirement that you will work a minimum of 1 day a week in our Hove office, Monday-Friday between our core hours of 8-6. The salary we are offering is £24,000 along with the option for you to progress after 6 months which also gives you a salary increase of up to 10% As a customer service consultant your customers are brokers and the role is predominantly focused on account and relationship administration. What you'll be doing: Support the onboarding and continued scheme maintenance of Group Protection policies so we remain a top provider The tasks are varied, meaning you’ll be talking to colleagues, brokers and customers regularly. It’s important to note that this role is a hybrid role which will involve administrative work or processing work and you will be talking to customers and brokers on the phone too Dealing with all correspondence from our internal and external customers, With attention to detail and pace so that the next tasks needed can be completed promptly Maintaining scheme data, administering, and updating records Collaborating with other team members to ensure that enquiries and issues are resolved quickly and efficiently Managing and organising your own work queue to ensure that service levels are met and brokers or direct customers are kept informed of progress For our most vulnerable customers, you’ll ensure you consider their circumstances and needs and take additional steps to support them through their interactions with Legal & General
