Your field of work includes:
* Conception and further development of an overall strategy for the personnel deployment planning systems (PEPS) of the Berlin Fire Department
* Development and definition of standards for the existing PEPS and the new systems to be developed
* Assigning IT infrastructure support with the supervision of the installation in coordination with IT infrastructure responsibility
* Conducting annual staff appraisals and staff development interviews as well as preparing performance appraisals
* Strategic personnel planning for the department and preparation of annual work plans

You bring with you:
* A university degree in computer science or a comparable course of study

* At least 3 years of practical experience in the field of duty scheduling of different duty time models and their implementation
* Experience in data management and database technology
* Experience in report systems and programming interfaces
* Experience in the management of employees
* Experience in the network and server area (desirable)
