Job overview
We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join the Imaging Department at the Royal London Hospital (RLH) as a Service Delivery Manager.
The post holder will play a key role in actively managing the administrative processes of patient pathways and the associated administrative staff for the Diagnostic Imaging Department at The Royal London Hospital. The purpose of this role is to ensure a smooth and efficient service for patients throughout their journey, as well as to provide an effective administration service to the wider Imaging team.
The post holder will be responsible for ensuring that services are efficiently and effectively run at The Royal London Hospital site. This will be achieved through excellent human resources, financial and performance management and leadership of change management to achieve improvements in processes and patient outcomes.
The post holder will take the lead on specific modernisation projects and will also be operationally responsible for the bookings, waiting list, reception, validation, and scheduling teams within the Diagnostic Imaging Department at The Royal London Hospital.

* Extensive Experience of the NHS
* Experience of hospital systems (e.g. appointment scheduling and medical records)
* Experience of managing people
* Facilitation and participative style

* Experience of managing Demand and Capacity
Knowledge
* Awareness of the importance of demonstrating and measuring success
* Demonstrates knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
