Creativity: Finding innovative ways to engage students and make learning accessible is a key skill, often requiring out-of-the-box thinking. Strong Communication Skills: You must effectively communicate with students, colleagues, and parents, often simplifying complex information to ensure understanding.Compassion: A deep care for the well-being and success of each student is at the heart of the role, motivating teachers to go above and beyond for their students.
