Credit Control Administrators needed We are seeking proactive Credit Control Administrators to join our team on a temporary basis. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in customer service and a good understanding of credits and debits. The position is highly phone-based, focusing on assisting customers with payment queries and ensuring efficient credit control processes. Day-to-day of the role: Handle a high volume of phone calls to assist customers with payment queries and issues. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, payments, and account adjustments. Work closely with the credit controllers team to resolve discrepancies. Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations during customer interactions. Provide exceptional customer service, aiming to resolve queries or direct the customer on the first call where possible. Required Skills & Qualifications: Excellent customer service and phone communication skills. Understanding of credits and debits. Experience in a credit control or customer service role is highly desirable. Ability to handle pressurised situations and high call volumes with professionalism.
