You will carve out robust business models, meticulously preparing and submitting proposals, and skilfully negotiating agreements. Responsibilities · Exploring innovative commercial solutions that enable us to deliver compelling proposals and provide acceptable returns to the business (solutions could include those in technology and software fields and agile environments) · Ensuring commercial involvement and input to early stages of the programme lifecycle · Preparing and drafting commercial bids and proposals including terms and conditions, whilst working cross functionally with Business Development, Finance, Legal, Engineering and Project Management to ensure the most effective commercial solutions · Building/ maintaining relationships with new and existing customers, focusing on collaboration · Negotiating with and influencing internal and external Stakeholders with focus on the contracts, payment profiles and IPR (intellectual Property Rights) · Ensuring appropriate flow down of obligations and risks to partners and suppliers · Reporting to senior management on the progress of your contracts · Demonstrate in daily activities a commitment to health and safety in the workplace by always ensuring tasks are performed in the safest possible manner · Report all hazards and incidents that the individual is party to, or observes, in the correct manner. · When required or directed, participate in any health and safety training. · Perform other duties as required.
