We are recruiting for a Project Controls Manager to join our team and be a part of our ambitious growth plans for 2023 as we partner with key clients such as HS2, Network Rail, Port of Dover and many more.
The role of Senior Project Controls Manager is to lead, develop and implement our Integrated Project Controls service across our capital programme portfolio as well as shape and grow our National and Regional teams. You will be responsible for supporting the leadership of the Integrated Project Controls function, work winning, key account management, recruitment and growing our Regional and UK Infrastructure business.
You will be responsible for having a leading role in strengthening Gleeds’ Integrated Project Controls proposition, both internally and externally.
About You
What we are looking for in our next Senior Project Controls Manager:
* Proven background of experience working on UK Infrastructure Projects.
* Supporting identifying new business development opportunities and driving growth across the UK Infrastructure business.
* Delivering high quality services and deliverables ensuring that services meet our Customer’s requirements.
* Reviewing scope of appointments to ensure services are being delivered by team members in accordance with appointments.
* Managing and maintaining Customer relationships (i.e. Clients, business partners and other consultants).
* Managing employees, focusing on retention and development.
* Developing and enhancing Gleeds Integrated Project Controls capability and proposition.
* Briefing employees on relevant aspects of Gleeds business.
* Leading and supporting bids for services.
* Managing the commercial aspects of projects (e.g. scope of services/deliverables, invoices, payments, and debt management).
