Role Description: As Head of Enterprise Transformation Management Office (ETMO) Planning you will be a critical role in creating, owning and maintaining (with the business), a consolidated and integrated enterprise Programme plan. This will involve working closely with stakeholders in Allianz UK, our wider Group and external partners at senior levels. You will provide clarity on the overall plan status, strong challenge where deliveries deviate from the critical path, and ensuring clear actions are established and communicated to deliver on plan. The plan will form an integral part to Programme reporting and governance, highlighting risks, issues and dependencies at all levels of detail to various stakeholder groups. Key Accountabilities: Establishing the Planning Ways of Working across an existing Portfolio of Major Programmes (Mainly Waterfall) and the rest of the UK Portfolio (Mainly Agile). Develop the existing Tool Set (Mainly Jira and Confluence) to enable visibility and management of the UK Enterprise Portfolio. Creating and manage the UK Transformation Integrated Programme Plan, including all UK workstreams and alignment with Global plans and external partners where necessary. Liaising with stakeholders to ensure adherence to their workstream plans, which will feed into the Integrated Programme Plan. Track deliveries across the various Programme workstreams to identify and communicate impacts of plan changes on the critical delivery path. This includes identifying and communicating both financial and resourcing impacts that deviate from the original plan. Leverage information in Jira (and other systems) to monitor progress against plan and identify risks or issues associated with achieving, and manage stakeholders to address these Identifying, managing and tracking programme-wide dependencies, assumptions and plan risks, providing proactive mitigation, and escalating as required with path to green plans. Creating plan in JIRA to fit the various tracking and reporting needs, as well as ensuring the format of plan is appropriate for the broad variety of stakeholders (e.g. Steering Committees, Board Papers…). Supporting the creation of benefits realisation plan aligned to core delivery plan timelines. Challenging and influencing the broad stakeholder groups across the UK and wider Programme. Leading other members within the Programme Planning team where applicable including line management of Planning specialists and the Resource Demand Manager Working closely with the rest of the team to deliver collective eTMO outcomes and ensure plan priorities are clearly articulated and well understood by all. Technical Skills: Experienced in use of Jira and Confluence / other PPM systems / SharePoint / Microsoft BI Project Management technical skills including organisation, governance, estimation, planning, scheduling, tracking, resource management, reporting and risk/issue management. Proficient in change management skills including communications and ability to effectively manage stakeholders from a junior to senior level. Proficient in Project Management & Office tools such as MS Office Suite, MS Project and MS Excel.
