Key Responsibilities:
* Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally, providing exceptional customer service.
* Assist customers with inquiries, issues, or complaints regarding products/services.
* Accurately document customer interactions and maintain records in our system.
* Identify and escalate urgent issues to appropriate departments when necessary.
* Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer experience.
* Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and policies to provide accurate information.
* Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets, including call handling time, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores.
Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in customer service or related field is a plus.
* Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred.
* Strong verbal communication skills and a pleasant phone demeanor.
* Ability to listen actively and empathize with customers.
* Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is an advantage.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes.
