As a Business Development Representative, a summary of your role involves:
* To be passionate about developing opportunities as we continue to scale.
* Possessing excellent facilitation, communication and presentation skills, you will have the ability to deal with all levels of a client organisation to achieve our intended business outcomes.
* Being a team player and self-motivated, you will demonstrate a strong customer-centric ethos and an ability to develop strong relationships with relevant stakeholders and ensure their needs are met, and the ability to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
* Proactively support the Sales function by striving for high performance working to SLAs and KPIs so we are able to deliver outstanding service and results.
* Ability to juggle priorities when assisting with various customer’s needs.

Outcomes Sought:
Lead Generation:
* Tenaciously use phone, email, social media, and other methods to reach prospective customers through a high-level of daily outbound activity.
* Qualify and Generate opportunities through the early stages of the sales process.
* Collaborate with your colleagues to discuss and create outbound campaigns and strategies.
* Engage with prospects at all levels to ensure your pipeline is always filled.
Accurate Reporting:
* Constantly maintain the CRM and ensure accuracy on Business Development activity.
* Manage, track and report on all activities.
Business Development support:
* Support our Business Development Directors and Account Directors within their accounts, in a bid to inspire account growth and cross/up-sell Cprime services.
* Utilise our sales toolchain to maximise business development opportunities to identify problems and solutions with senior stakeholders to gain credibility and open new doors.
Commitment to Personal Development:
* Monitor and evaluate industry trends and customer drivers.
* Learn and continually build upon Cprime’s services and offerings.
* Continually grow your knowledge through learning, networking and training to best support customer requirements.
What you’ll bring:

The must-haves:
* A passion for business development - someone who is resilient, hardworking and enjoys what they do.
* Successful track record in new/outbound business development.
* Experience in generating your own sales-ready opportunities and prospects.
* Experience within professional services, recruitment or SaaS is preferred.
* Alignment to our core values.
* Excellent communication, with experience working with internal and external senior stakeholders.
* A genuine curiosity and empathy for prospects' situations, needs, issues and challenges.
* Commutable for the Leeds Office at least 2 days a week.
