We are looking for an Interim Head of Operational Resilience to provide Maternity Leave cover for a 12 month period.

What you’ll be doing
* Be responsible for ongoing development of the Operational Resilience Framework to be robust and fit for purpose acting as our first line of defence
* Analyse monthly resilience reporting, continuous development of reporting, supporting stakeholders in identifying variances in their data to identify actions to strengthen controls and mitigate
* Manage resilience scenario library, facilitate testing and assist business and SME areas in identifying risks within their own frameworks and processes that may impact operational resilience
* Influence and engage with projects to ensure development, change and new products are considering resilience from design
* Form and build the ongoing relationships with internal and external stakeholders
About You

* Dynamic approach to application of Operational Resilience rules and guidance
* Have a sound understanding of Regulations applicable to our business
* Ability to assist stakeholders in identifying vulnerabilities through engagement and questioning
* Encouraging open communication with stakeholders and remain informed of key events and developments
* Ability to dissect information to identify key actions and vulnerabilities

Working hours
Principle hours Monday – Friday 8.30am – 5pm, however we promote flexibility around how and where we work so that you can achieve a healthier work-life balance. We operate hybrid working, splitting our week between the office and home.
