Event Steward with L2 in Spec Safety (Wolves)
We are looking for Event Stewards who already hold their Level 2 in Spectator Safety to work in Wolverhampton and events across the Midlands. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work at a multitude of events such as sporting events, concerts, and festivals, in particular: Wolverhampton Wanderers, Derby County FC, Leicester City FC, Chelsea FC, Silverstone Race Circuit, Everton FC, Wigan Warriors, Wigan Athletic, Burnley FC, Manchester United FC, Chelsea FC and many more! Transport may occasionally be available to events around the country when needed.

Responsibilities include and are not limited to:
* Welcoming all visitors to the venue/event
* Dealing with any queries and offering additional information regarding the event
* Checking access passes (where applicable)
* Showing fans to their seats, toilets, bars & catering
* Helping to direct flow of foot traffic
* Providing emergency evacuation messages and assisting with disorder
* Offering an excellent level of customer service to ensure the smooth running of the event
* Remembering emergency code words, fire, and first aid procedures
* Being the eyes and ears of the event and ensuring the safety team have the information they require
* Assisting the car parking teams in parking cars and coaches at events
* Assisting the traffic teams in directing traffic or road closures
Required skills, qualifications and experience:
* You must have a good level of verbal and written English
* The ability to react calmly in high-pressure situations
Hours of work:
Shift times will vary on each event; early and late shifts will be available. All work is offered on a casual basis giving you flexibility to work around your current commitments.
Rate of pay:
The hourly rate will be £12.00ph.
