Sales Manager
Location: Rugby (WFH option available)
£45,000 per annum (with sales incentives)
* 25 days plus Bank Holidays
* Pension contributions of 6% employer, 3% employee
* Car Allowance £6k
* 37.5 hours per week with a early finish on Fridays
As the Sales Account Manager you will be supporting the growth of the business and the development of new opportunities within automotive/automation industries
What you will be doing:
* Present, promote and sell products to existing and prospective customers
* Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of potential customers
* Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
* Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
* Achieve agreed sales targets
* Analyse the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
* Represent the company at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations
* Feed future buying trends back to employers and advise on forthcoming product developments and discuss special promotions
What you will bring to the team:
* Basic engineering knowledge
* Experience selling B2B
* Budgeting and forecasting experience
* University degree in Engineering or Business Administration
* Negotiation skills (deal maker)
