Your Responsibilities
* Develop and implement treatment programmes for patients with complex mental health needs
* Lead a team of Occupational Therapy Assistants, providing guidance and support to ensure delivery of high-quality care
* Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the OT service, making recommendations for improvement
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes
