We are looking for a Head of Talent Management (TM) for our Europe Operations organization. As a TM professional you would develop insights that inform our talent strategy and innovate new mechanisms to meet the highest strategic areas of need within the Operations organization. This position partners with senior business leaders, HR leaders, and other specialists around the globe to understand business and talent priorities, dive deep into data to uncover macro talent trends, and partner with talent process owners to test hypotheses using data, develop and present new initiatives via written documents, and innovate new and implement existing talent processes such as talent reviews, succession planning, and organization design to enable the talent needed to drive our business strategy. This leader would also evaluate and deliver processes which drive a diverse and equitable culture. Given the size and span of the organization, effective change management methodologies would be critical in rolling out new or updated processes and programs. In this high visibility role, we are looking for a professional who has the ability and initiative to diagnose issues and influence solutions/outcomes. You must be self-driven and have the capability and confidence to interface effectively with senior executives. You need strong business acumen, excellent verbal and written communication skills, influence skills, strategic thinking and planning/project management skills, as well as the ability to analyze data, get in the details and thrive in a fast paced, rigorous environment.
