What We Do
We run in-person and virtual events in Intellectual Property, Data, Customer Experience and Learning & Development, bringing together senior executives from global companies to share ideas, overcome challenges, and benchmark strategies. Our events are sponsored by leading tech vendors, consultants, and law firms who are eager to meet our network. We help facilitate meetings between the vendors and delegates.

What We Need From You
The aim of this role is to attract senior executives from large companies (e.g., Barclays, GSK, Unilever, Shell, Tesco) to our events. This involves:
* Conducting research to identify decision-makers on LinkedIn
* Crafting personalised outreach messages via email, LinkedIn, and phone
* Building strong relationships with delegates before, during, and after events
* Taking ownership of the full delegate engagement lifecycle, from lead generation to event delivery
What We’re Looking For
* Degree level or equivalent (desirable but not essential)
* Excellent research skills using LinkedIn and other sources
* Confidence in speaking with senior executives over video calls (e.g., Teams, Zoom)
* Strong written ability to craft personalised emails and messages
* Highly organised with a solution-centric approach to your work
* Resilient and able to work in a target-driven, professional environment
* Sociable and personable
* Team player with a willingness to go above and beyond to deliver for customers
* Business experience (desirable but not essential)
Earning Potential
Earn £35K in your first year and £40K+ in your second, with no cap on commissions as you progress! We offer a starting basic salary of £25K, which will quickly increase with experience and results. We take huge pride in helping people grow professionally and build an exciting life outside of work.
