Are you an Executive Assistant with experience working in the rail or construction industry? Have you worked underneath a Project or Framework Director in the past? My client is a major civil engineering contractor with a huge presence in the infrastructure industry, and due to successfully winning CP7 frameworks, they are looking to add an Executive Assistant to their team to provide support and assistance to the Framework Director and Framework Leadership Team. Location: Bristol and Swindon hybrid working Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 DOE Hours: 8:30am - 5pm (flexible) Benefits: ·25 days annual Leave (and a day off for your birthday) ·Private Healthcare ·Rolling pension scheme ·Life Assurance cover ·Hybrid working ·Enhanced Paternity & Maternity package Responsibilities: ·Plan, arrange and record periodic meetings ·Collating project news and communications ·Own and update all information required for the live projects list for the framework and the wider business ·Implement, maintain, and organise Framework Inductions ·Plan, arrange and manage regular team building sessions ·General administrative support Requirements: ·Driver's license ·Minimum of 5 GCSE's, with C or above in English and Maths. ·A relevant higher education qualification, such as a certificate, diploma, or a degree in Business Administration or similar ·Minimum 3 years experience working as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Project Coordinator or similar in the construction industry, ideally rail ·IEAA Level 3, 4 or 5 preferred ·Microsoft Office 365 Levels 1-3 preferred ·APM PFQ/PMQ Project Management Qualification preferred This is an exciting opportunity to work for a company that can offer your fantastic training and progression opportunities, with a long term work bank.
