The role We are looking for an experienced carer with an enthusiasm for providing services to adults with learning disabilities to join our team at our bright and cheerful registered care home in Ryde, Isle of Wight here at Southern Housing We have 1 position available, working part time, permanent role at 25 hours per week on a rota basis (including weekends and sleep-ins). As a Learning Disability Worker, you'll have a hands-on approach to caring for our vulnerable residents, working as part of a team to help our residents gain more independence and have better opportunities to get involved within the local community. This is a truly rewarding role where you'll play many parts within our residents' lives.
