Job Description:
Responsibilities:
* Working knowledge of electronic, optical, and mechanical assemblies.
* Perform basic computer activities with programs provided.
* Identify, utilize, and perform preventive maintenance on tools and test equipment.
* Demonstrate comprehension of engineering prints and schematics.
* Report deviations from standard to appropriate resource for review, instruction, and authorization, and obtain quality inspection when appropriate.
* Support Lean manufacturing efforts through continuous process improvement.
* Maintain work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follow prescribed safety procedures.
* Apply considerable math skills to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
* Ability to compute ratios and percentages.
* Cultivate a culture that assures effective cross-functional teamwork.
* Perform job duties in a manner that complies with environmental, health, and safety regulations, policies, and procedures.
* Demonstrate ethical and professional behavior in accordance with company values.
* Consistently present at work and on time.
Basic Qualifications:
* Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent with 0 to 3 years of prior related experience.
Qualifications:
* LabView program experience.
* Demonstrated proficiency at operating 25%-50% of work stations as documented by training records.
Must Have:
* Able to read and follow instructions.
Nice To Have:
* Experience using torque driver and power supply.
* Familiarity with small hand tools.
* Ability to work well with a team.
* Well organized, resourceful, and a multi-tasker.
* Strong attention to detail.
Degree/Certification Preferences:
* High School Diploma or GED required.
