Main duties of the job
1. Service Transformation: Your expertise will shape our future. Ensure operational policies evolve and align with our service's transformation, fostering innovation at every step.
2. Collaboration: Work closely with the services other team managers, ensuring seamless coordination across the entire service.
3. Visible Presence: Maintain a professional, accessible presence to provide assistance, guidance, and support to our dedicated staff, fostering a positive work environment.
4. Clinical Leadership: Take charge of clinical guidance, effectively managing human and budgetary resources, and championing evidence-based practices for a high-impact service.
The Perinatal Mental Health Service is countywide and includes the Perinatal Trauma & Loss Service. This post will primarily be based in Cambridge, however travel and responsibilities across other areas may be required.
