We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join a leading organisation that provides luxury London living for people over 65.
As a Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading a team in guiding prospective buyers through the process of selecting their dream luxury apartment.
Job Title: Sales Manager - Luxury Retirement Living
Location: London
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead allocation
* Manage Sherpa and sales process disciplines – ‘police’ overdue activities; quality check
* Ensure reservation forms are completed correctly, signed and monies received.
* Support CAs with sales planning for prospects in the active funnel
* Collate, report and interpret key performance metrics
* Co-ordinate ‘local’ micro-events and marketing initiatives
* Manage post-reservation relationships through to exchange
* Load reservations onto AirTable
* Handover and liaison with Client Manager for sales progression
Requirements:
* A minimum of 5 years' successful track record in premium residential sales.
* Managing a team.
* Strong influencing and leadership skills.
* Ability to generate opportunities, build relationships, and adhere to a well-defined sales process and compliance framework.
* Strong negotiation and commercial acumen.
* Customer-centric mindset, with excellent empathy, listening skills, and needs analysis.
* Effective communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
* Proficiency in CRM systems.
