Project assistant for IT projects / PMO (m/f/d)
Your tasks:
* Supporting the project teams in the organization of complex IT projects
* Creation and monitoring of project plans and documentation of project progress
* Coordinating the project status with the relevant departments internally and externally
* Creation of various project documents (status reports, minutes, working documents, etc.)
* After familiarization, independent takeover of projects or sub-projects
* Participation in resource planning and order coordination
* Participation in organizational activities in the Project Management Office team
We are enthusiastic:
* Successfully completed studies or commercial/technical training with further training in project management
* Knowledge of project management of IT projects through practical experience
* Quick comprehension, logical thinking, basic technical understanding and conceptual and organizational skills
* Professional handling of MS Office products and ideally initial experience with Jira
* Independent, autonomous work with high quality standards
* Strong communication, integration and teamwork skills
