Job Description
Proclinical Staffing is seeking a Quality Control Specialist to ensure the quality and compliance of incoming deliveries. This role involves supporting team members, maintaining high standards in documentation and safety, and adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Key responsibilities include:
1. Following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Standard Work Instructions (SWI)
2. Actively participating in Continuous Improvement (CI) activities
3. Engaging in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Corrective and Preventative Action (CAPA) processes
4. Testing and performing batch usage decisions on incoming deliveries
5. Writing and checking methods and SOPs
6. Scheduling activities and workload within the department
7. Supporting other team members
8. Handling vendor rejections
9. Documenting deviations from procedures and processes
10. Addressing artwork discrepancies
Required Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), excellent communication and teamwork skills, and proficiency in safety standards and reporting systems. Additionally, experience in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Corrective and Preventative Action (CAPA) processes, attention to detail in documentation and quality control, and ability to manage schedules and workloads effectively are essential.
