About the role As a Customer Experience Advisor, you’ll handle both B2B and B2C queries. Now approaching peak period, you’ll be able to support a wide range of customers from high-profile clients to long-term rural customers with their gas needs. You can expect to:
Handle complex queries on the phone and escalate when necessary Update the customer database, passing tickets to the correct teams whilst providing thorough support to both customer and internal teams Support with the customer service email inbox About you As our ideal candidate you will have experience working in a customer facing role, whether that’s face-to-face or on the phone. With patience, empathy and resilience, you will be experienced in handling customers in various situations, providing support and finding solutions. You will also:
