The Role As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will take full ownership of the recruitment process, from business development to candidate placement. You will be responsible for: Business Development - Identifying and winning new clients, developing long-term relationships, and expanding our market presence. Candidate Sourcing - Using innovative search methods to attract, qualify, and place top-tier candidates in the renewables and construction sectors. End-to-End Recruitment - Managing the full recruitment cycle, from client briefings and candidate screening to interview coordination and offer negotiations. Market Expertise - Keeping up to date with trends, challenges, and opportunities in the renewables and construction industries to provide expert advice to clients and candidates. Hitting Targets & Maximising Earnings - Driving sales and placements with a strong commercial mindset, earning lucrative commissions along the way. What We’re Looking For Proven experience as a 360 Recruiter in the renewables or construction sectors. A deep understanding of the renewables market, including its challenges, opportunities, and key players. A confident, proactive, and resilient personality with a hunger for success. Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to develop and maintain long-lasting client relationships. A fast-paced, adaptable approach - able to juggle multiple roles and clients at any given time. Money-motivated with a drive to exceed targets and achieve significant financial rewards.
