This is a fantastic opportunity to join our Insight and Intelligence Team and advance your career. This exciting role plays a crucial part in providing performance data and analysis to a wide range of colleagues including Adult Social Care, Children’s Social Care, Education, senior managers, local Councillors, commissioners, partners and Government departments. Your work will directly contribute to improving outcomes for our residents, supporting them to stay safe and thrive.
In this role you will:
1. Create high quality and timely performance information, benchmarking and insights, and share findings with a range of audiences.
2. Use analytical tools to conduct analysis and present data, including creating and maintaining Power BI reports.
3. Work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, constantly seeking to streamline processes and explore new technologies and automation to drive efficiency.
4. Prepare data for statutory government data returns, peer reviews and inspections, with meticulous attention to detail.
5. Collaborate with a wide range of colleagues, including data analysts, senior managers and partner organisations.
