Trainer Facilitator
* Job Type: Contract (6 months for each phase)
* Location: London University and other sites.
* Day rate: £250.00, PAYE, £320.38, Umbrella
We are seeking qualified Trainer Facilitators to lead the implementation of the NMFL programme. The role requires individuals with a TEP qualification or a Level 4 (or above) adult training qualification. The first phase focuses on Values, Culture & Victim Focused training, starting from 23rd September for a period of 6 months. The second phase continues with the same core requirements but necessitates a Level 4 education or training-based qualification or completion of the College of Policing Trainer Essentials Programme.
Day to Day of the role:
* Facilitate diverse in-person sessions, including challenging discussions and blended learning experiences.
* Tailor training delivery approaches to maximise learner inclusion and accommodate individual needs.
* Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes engagement, participation, and open communication.
* Collect feedback from participants and stakeholders to enhance training delivery and content.
* Coordinate with L&D professionals to align training with organisational goals and strategies.
* Ensure training methods are inclusive, accessible, and respectful of diversity.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Level 4 education/training based qualification or College of Policing Trainer Essentials Programme (essential for Phase 1).
* Experience in operational policing/criminal justice sector (highly desirable).
* Proven ability to facilitate engaging and inclusive training sessions.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to tailor training delivery to a diverse audience.
* Commitment to fostering an inclusive and respectful learning environment.
