CRM Analyst
Work policy: 3 days per week in the office
About the business: We are working with a fast-growing retail sports brand. The company is on an exciting growth journey with a collaborative, entrepreneurial culture. This is a great opportunity to make an impact by turning customer data into actionable business insights.
Role Overview: As a CRM Analyst, you’ll be at the heart of how we understand and connect with our customers. You’ll take ownership of CRM data, ensuring it’s accurate, reliable, and ready to power decision-making.
You’ll design and build reports and interactive dashboards that help sales, marketing, and leadership teams spot opportunities, track campaign performance, and measure customer engagement.
Beyond the numbers, you’ll translate complex data into clear stories and actionable insights - helping the business drive smarter customer retention, acquisition, and growth strategies.
Responsibilities:
* Strong experience with leading CRM systems (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot)
* Advanced Excel skills
* Strong analytical mindset with great attention to detail
* Ability to explain insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders
Nice to have:
* Power BI (or other BI tools) for dashboards and visual reports
* Experience in customer segmentation and lifecycle marketing
* Understanding of GDPR compliance and data governance
