We are supporting the recruitment for a great, full time, on site Finance & Data Administration opportunity within the centre of Southampton.
This key position will provide administration support to the operational team including financial management, business management and statistical information. Duties include: -
* Financial reports.
* Processing of all invoices and purchase orders.
* Input into local budgeting and business planning where directed
* Reconciliation management of service charge and car park financials
* Prepare financial records and support senior team members and Auditors with year-end audits.
* Report collation and correct storage of all data, including the Environmental Management Systems and key shopping centre databases, such as footfall.
* Administrative duties including office management
* First line support for IT infrastructure and associated equipment
* Provide support and information to other team members
* Responsibility for health and safety management and the development of a strong culture
* Undertake any other reasonable duties as required to meet the needs of the business.
Candidates will hold proven Financial Administration experience, Accounts Payable experience (ideally working with Service Charge Budgets) and some knowledge of financial systems, ideally holding AAT or A level standard (UK) - Third Level Qualification & Knowledge of GDPR.
This position requires an on-site presence and is predominantly Monday to Friday, with some weekend work required.
