The 3D Animator will work as part of an in-house design team, creating assets for the global marketing team aligning to our brand guidelines. You will be involved with video animations, renders, virtual reality, interactive digital experiences and more. The right candidate will have a mechanical mind, be a good problem solver and be a good team player.
Key objectives in your role as 3D Animator include:
* 3D modelling with a view towards 3D animation.
* Producing animations and editing videos.
* Setting up scenes, lighting, textures and creating camera paths.
* Creating various design assets from brochureware to social graphics.
* Creation of product renders in various formats.
* Creation of 360 visual interactive graphics.
* Creation of customer presentation materials.
* Creation of marketing literature.
* Creation of corporate branding.
* Building strong and effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Working across multiple time zones, ensuring stakeholder requirements are met.
* Ensuring full product compliance and alignment to the Kingspan Marketing Integrity Manual across the division.
* Any other reasonable duties, as and when required.
Compliance
* Adhere to the company's compliance obligations, policies, processes, and procedures.
* Report compliance concerns, issues, and failures.
* Participate in training as required.
What do you need?
You should:
* Hold professional experience in 3D Graphic Design as a Junior to Midweight (Blender).
* Be educated to degree level (or equivalent) in a Graphic Design or Marketing discipline.
* Be a competent user of Blender, After Effects, Premier Pro, Photoshop and Illustrator (experience in Unity would be advantageous).
* Have experience of producing animations and editing videos.
* Possess strong desktop publishing skills: layout design, text formatting, production of interactive PDFs, creation of print-ready files.
* Be a competent user of the full MS Office suite.
* Hold exceptional attention to detail.
* Present yourself as an articulate individual with good communication skills both verbal and written, who can relate to people at all levels with a high level of confidence and interpersonal skills.
* Have excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to plan effectively across multiple time zones.
* Be a self-starter with the ability to set own objectives and work effectively under pressure. Ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively.
* Be keen to travel.
