Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Specialist in Field Services Dynamics 365 Field Services Dynamics 365 for Sales Dynamics 365 Sales Insight and Microsoft CRM. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model with day shifts and no travel requirements. This role is crucial for optimizing our cloud services and ensuring seamless integration with our sales and CRM platforms.
Responsibilities
* Oversee the implementation and maintenance of Dynamics 365 Field Services to ensure optimal performance.
* Provide technical expertise in Dynamics 365 for Sales to enhance sales processes and outcomes.
* Utilize Dynamics 365 Sales Insight to generate actionable insights and improve sales strategies.
* Manage Microsoft CRM to ensure data integrity and seamless customer relationship management.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate cloud services with existing systems.
* Develop and implement best practices for cloud service management and optimization.
* Monitor cloud service performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure minimal downtime.
* Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
* Provide training and support to team members on Dynamics 365 and Microsoft CRM functionalities.
* Create detailed documentation for system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting procedures.
* Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in cloud services and Dynamics 365.
* Contribute to the development of strategic plans for cloud service enhancements and upgrades.
* Ensure that all cloud services align with the company’s overall goals and objectives.
Qualifications
* Possess a strong background in Field Services with hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 Field Services.
* Demonstrate expertise in Dynamics 365 for Sales and Dynamics 365 Sales Insight.
* Have extensive experience with Microsoft CRM and its integration with other systems.
* Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
* Show proficiency in creating and maintaining detailed technical documentation.
* Display strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
* Stay current with industry trends and advancements in cloud services and CRM technologies.
