Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Laser Operator with a strong background in operating Trumpf and/or Bystronic machines to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating 2D laser profiling machines, producing high-precision components from various materials, including exotic alloys, stainless steel, and aluminium. This role requires a precise individual with a keen eye for detail and a passion for producing high-quality work.

Qualifications and Experience:
* Minimum of 2 years of experience as a 2D laser profiling operator in a manufacturing environment.
* Proficiency in operating 2D laser profiling machines with Trumpf and/or Bystronic control systems.
* Strong understanding of laser profiling processes and materials, including metals and exotic alloys.
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and CAD models.
* Experience with precision measurement tools and inspection techniques.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
* Set up and operate 2D laser profiling machines with Trumpf and/or Bystronic control systems.
* Interpret and work from engineering drawings and CAD models to produce components to specified tolerances.
* Perform routine maintenance on machinery and troubleshoot any technical issues.
* Conduct first-off inspection and verify the accuracy of machined parts using precision measurement tools.
* Collaborate with the quality assurance team to ensure all components meet strict quality standards.
* Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, providing feedback and suggestions to enhance laser profiling processes and efficiencies.
