Senior National Accounts – Asda Hybrid working - Northern Based Head office Our client is a large Branded FMCG group operating in one of the most dynamic categories in the UK & Europe. The business are now looking to hire an outstanding Senior National Account Manager who can manage one of their largest grocery customers. The business has gone from strength to strength in recent years with a high degree of sophistication across the different business functions largely due to strong leadership, the ability and high potential of new recruits and constant innovation driven at every level of the business. This has been a real success story and they are well positioned for huge UK growth. In this role you will work closely with the leadership team and the different function heads to devise and execute effective business plans against commercial objectives and targets but also have the ability to make a really big impact on the future of the business. Snapshot of responsibilities Effective management and relationship development of major accounts in Grocery. Development and implementation of joint business plans Effectively use of Category insight to build customer proposals Own any required CPIs Full P&L accountability Contribute at the highest levels across the commercial team and be a major influence in a high performing commercial team The experience and person we would like At least 5-7 years full National Accounts experience in FMCG brands ( Major or Challenger) across Top Tier Grocery Recent or previous experience of working with FMCG products. Strong skills working cross-functionally Outstanding analytical ability and strong financial literacy Strong communication and negotiation skills are required Ambitious, hardworking and happy to get stuck in to make a difference Offer Salary up to £75,000, Car Allowance ( TBC), Bonus, Pension and Healthcare Home based working, Northern Based Head office.
