Join our dynamic Intelligence & Operations team! We are looking for a highly skilled and enthusiastic professional to support our operations across multiple locations within the Bromley borough.
Key responsibilities to evidence:
-Database Management: Navigate and manage a range of databases to record and extract service user information efficiently.
-Communication & Organisation: Demonstrate excellent communication skills and solid organisational abilities.
-Social Media: Bring your enthusiasm, initiative, and creativity to help manage our social media presence.
-Administrative Support: Provide a wide range of administrative support with a high level of competence.
-Software Proficiency: Utilise MS Excel, Outlook, and Word proficiently. Experience with Canva or Crello is a plus.
-Adaptability: Learn new tasks quickly and work independently with minimal supervision.
-Flexibility: Be ready to work at any of our six locations around the Bromley borough on short notice, including covering reception duties.
