What you'll do
In Vodafone Digital our ambition is to build relationships through brilliant digital in-life experiences for our customers. At the heart of this ambition, our strategy is to make the My Vodafone App our hero platform. We are seeking experienced and talented App product managers to join our team to deliver on this ambition.
In this role you will own and develop one of the key strategic pillars in the My Vodafone app. You will need to ensure that the product development delivers against the Digital and Consumer strategic objectives, whilst championing customer experience.
Key accountabilities:
* Maintain the end-to-end customer experience of the product.
* Develop, plan and deliver new features and optimisations in the My Vodafone App.
* Stakeholder management on the planned capability roadmap, and associated deliverables, to ensure cross function alignment.
* Manage product feature prioritisation; ensuring stakeholders understand the compromises and constraints.
* Manage user journey design, ensuring a high quality cross platform user experience.
* Manage feature launch, ensuring business readiness and report on product/feature success.
* Continuously monitor customer needs, market trends, competitor activity and regulatory changes to ensure the product remains a category leader.
* Contribute towards product strategy and vision.
Who you are
* Experience as an App/Mobile Web Product Manager.
* Strong understanding of mobile apps and Mobile web technologies.
* Strong analytical skills to identify needs, measure impact and identify trends, with good experience using standard web/app analytic tools.
* Experience working in an Agile delivery environment operating as a Scrum Product Owner.
* Ability to develop and manage a product roadmap and product backlog.
* Exposure to working in a large matrix organisation and utilizing resources across the organisation.
* Involvement in journey optimisation, A/B and MV Testing.
* Excellent presentation, communication and leadership skills.
