Area to be covered: Midlands
Remuneration: £40,000-£50,000 + 30% uncapped commission

The role of the Area Sales Manager Industrial Roller Shutter Doors will involve:
1. Field sales position, selling a comprehensive range of industrial roller shutter door products (steel fire doors, high speed doors, sectional doors) and services including repair and maintenance.
2. Focusing on end user projects within numerous markets including Logistics, Construction, Waste Management, Retail, Manufacturing, Food production, Pharmaceutical, IT and Quality Engineering.
3. Targeting middle management and health & safety offices predominantly.
4. Targeted to achieve £400,000-£500,000 of turnover in your 1st year.
5. Typically 3-4 customer visits per day, four days per week, one day working from home/admin.
6. Following up on self-generated leads through your own dedicated contacts within the industrial door market.
7. 75% new business role, pioneering for new projects by utilizing your existing client base, 25% account developing circa 30-40 customer accounts.
8. Dealing with project values ranging from £2k - £100k+.
The ideal applicant will be an Area Sales Manager Industrial Roller Shutter Doors with:
1. Must have demonstrable field sales track record within the industrial industry, either industrial customers or associated industrial products such as tools, fixings, hygiene, doors, flooring, racking etc.
2. Ability to hit the ground running, contacts within Logistics, Construction, Waste Management, Retail, Manufacturing, Food production, Pharmaceutical, IT and Quality Engineering advantageous.
3. New business hunter.
4. Incredibly pro-active, driven and motivated.
5. Commercial acumen, resilient.
6. Ideally some classical sales training.
