Here at Logic Fire & Security, were seeking a Project Manager to join our team based in Knaresborough. This pivotal, vital role will see you manage installation works to ensure completion within the agreed budget and timescales. You will be responsible for making sure that all works are carried out to meet the needs of the client, in a safe and professional manner and completed to a high standard in full compliance with ISO 9001:2015, BAFE, NSI and current wiring regulations. Your ability to take full responsibility for every aspect of the installation process, combined with your diligent work ethic will be key to your success. You must be willing to travel to client sites nationwide to ensure the seamless execution of projects. What we offer: Were looking to offer a salary of £50,000 - £70,000 (depending on experience ) for this role and are open to candidates of various levels. In addition, we offer 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays) and company pension with the working hours: Mon 8am-5pm, Tue, Wed, Thurs 8.30am-5pm and Friday 8.00am-3pm. A company vehicle will be provided along with a company mobile and laptop. Key areas of responsibility: Develop the Installation Team, including trusted Sub-Contractors, manage recruitment, and assess project priorities across sites to ensure optimal resource allocation for successful outcomes Ensure the correct materials and equipment are on-site timely, and produce risk assessments, method statements, and work programs. Hold site safety meetings, toolbox talks, and ensure adherence to health & safety policies Provide clear direction to engineers and sub-contractors, ensuring they follow project programs, safety procedures, and company standards. Conduct daily communication and site visits to maintain quality workmanship Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet KPI targets, while maintaining high-quality standards. Liaise with clients and site management for smooth progress and timely deadlines Regularly report to senior management and clients on progress and issues, ensuring adherence to company procedures, policies, and final sign-off processes, and actively support company values Experience required for the role: Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills, with a collaborative mindset and a focus on success as part of the Management Team In-depth knowledge of fire and security systems, including relevant regulations Proven experience managing installation projects in both construction site and end-client environments Ability to adapt to new situations, developing technologies, and demonstrate logical thinking with creative problem-solving skills, including budget control Excellent attention to detail, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to effectively lead and work Introducing our organisation: Logic Fire & Security is a leading organisation widely recognised for its commitment to providing unparalleled safety and regulatory compliance services.
