How you’ll play your part
In this role, you will become a key player in the Customer Experience & Marketing team who sit within the wider Sales & Marketing business area. From day one, you’ll be in the thick of it, working in a fast-paced and results-driven team, delivering on topics such as the Customer Journey, Digital user experience and Customer Experience Research projects. You’ll think creatively, shape trends and deliver outstanding work.
Main Accountabilities
* Drafting and reviewing communications.
* Market and customer research tasks.
* Communications testing.
* Managing relationships and communicating with internal & external stakeholders.
About you
* Working towards a degree in Business Management, Marketing or Project Management related subject.
* An excellent communicator.
* Able to challenge the norm and constantly look for improvements.
* Competent in using all aspects of Microsoft Office and generally competent with IT packages.
* Proactive, curious to learn, and seek new ideas and perspectives.
* Considered in your approach, supporting your peers to succeed.
* Have a desire to work in marketing and/or the Financial Services industry.
