JOB PROFILE: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE
Duties
• To research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services - and new ways of reaching existing markets
• To create and develop bespoke online professional development courses for online delivery.
• To build and develop web portal for such courses and learning programs.
• To think strategically - seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business and reach new audiences.
• To lead on and support bid-writing for tenders and contracts where appropriate.
• To build relationships with the self-employed consultants to engage them in projects and programs as and when necessary.
• To attend seminars, conferences and events to build our business's network and profile.
• To keep abreast of trends and changes in the business world.
• To help to plan sales campaigns.
• To negotiate pricing with customers and increase business revenue.
• To develop marketing strategies for the products and courses.
• To prepare reports and make presentations internally and for clients and customers.

Experience required for this position:
• Minimum experience of 3 months of working in a similar kind of business and
