We are excited to offer an IT Support Analyst a fantastic opportunity to join the Service Desk team at a well-established company in Edinburgh city centre. The IT team is spread across Edinburgh, Glasgow, and London, providing first, second, and third-line support. In addition to day-to-day support, team members are actively involved in planning, delivering, and documenting various IT projects.
Role Overview: You will be responsible for maintaining and deploying the companies laptop and desktop operating systems and applications. The role also involves testing, commissioning, and installing new software, hardware, and IT systems. You will contribute to the development and documentation of IT procedures and processes, while also acting as a technical resource for ongoing projects.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintain and deploy operating systems and applications.
2. Test and install new software, hardware, and systems.
3. Document and develop IT processes.
4. Provide 2nd line application, OS, and hardware support.
5. Resolve user issues and escalate when necessary.
Candidate Profile:
Essential : Experience with OS and application deployment, technical support across Windows 10, MS Office, Active Directory, MS Exchange, and iOS configuration.
Desirable : Experience with iManage, Citrix, Windscribe, Workshare, Mobile Iron, and Mimecast; Patch Management; Service Desk support in a multi-site environment.
