Responsibilities
* Development and maximization of sales of the company's products.
* Achievement of sales goals and plans.
* Co-creation and implementation of the trade budget.
* Negotiating commercial terms, support budgets and cooperation with clients.
* Cooperation and coordination of the activities of the sales team in the subordinate area.
* Reporting commercial activities according to the company's standards.
Requirements
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the FMCG area.
* Ability to manage the commercial budget in cooperation with chains.
* Effectiveness in pursuing the goal and success in achieving the intended results.
* Openness to change and resistance to stress.
* Willingness to travel on business.
* High personal culture and ease of establishing and maintaining contacts.
* Independence, creativity and dynamics in action.
* Knowledge of English at a proficiency level.
* Very good knowledge of MS Office.
* Valid category B driving license.
