Job summary – What to expect: As the HR Intern of our HR Business Services Team, you will support the HR Business Services team on a wide range of HR projects and day to day activities, providing a full end-end picture of the employee experience. You will support with HR transactional processes and projects to meet the needs of a rapidly growing business and HR team. Reviewing completion of MyCooper PEP activities throughout its process cycle, sending reminders to people managers where activities remain outstanding, to promote activities being delivered on time. Provide support with offer production and onboarding. Administering financial and non-cash recognition awards. Supporting with administration of Reward processes. Provide administrative support on HR projects including assisting with data gathering and reporting requirements, such as Gallup engagement survey, HR systems or process improvement initiatives, and assist with process mapping. Support HR transactional activities such as employee lifecycle changes. Creation and/or upkeep of activity trackers such as Excel spreadsheets. Ensuring the employee documentation is managed. Updating project documentation and using the HR SharePoint to ensure that knowledge is shared across the HR network. Coordinate the content on the HR pages of the company intranet.
