St. Gemma’s is looking for a dedicated and passionate individual to join their team as a Warehouse Logistics Manager on a 12-month Fixed Term contract. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that enhance processes, optimize layout, and improve storage efficiency within our busy warehouse at the St. Gemma’s Retail Hub in Bramley. Additionally, you will oversee and coordinate the planning of routes and schedules, ensuring that collections and deliveries are executed punctually and in a cost-effective manner. You will join our friendly team as part of our network of charity shops across Leeds. The successful candidate will have retail experience and will be a friendly, customer-focused and self-motivated individual who is able to work under their own initiative. Flexibility is also essential for this role as you may be required to work at any of our shops across Leeds.
