This role covers the prisons in the North West, North East and Womens estate. The postholder will work closely with other directorate programmes managers to ensure consistency in approach and advice. As a member of the central OBP team, a directorate programmes manager will input on national projects and initiatives as required and work closely with various headquarters teams including data, research and evaluation and Interventions Services. Key responsibilities include: Setting up and chairing regular regional meetings for programmes and treatment managers to gather information and provide support and develop networking of colleagues and cross site working.
