Grafton Banks Finance Recruitment is seeking a Temporary Accounts Payable Assistant to join an exciting client located within the Redhill area. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with a strong understanding of accounts payable processes who is looking to gain valuable experience in a supportive environment. This temporary position will have opportunity to be made permanent and is fully office based. Key Responsibilities: Advise the finance team on transactions during month-end closing procedures. Process and run payments and expenses efficiently and accurately. Liaise with the purchasing department regarding raised Purchase Orders (POs), ensuring all information is correct and complete. Assist in resolving any discrepancies related to invoices and payments. Support the finance team with general accounts payable queries and tasks as needed. Requirements: Previous experience in an accounts payable/purchase ledger Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel. Ability to commute to Horsham area on a daily basis (you will need to be able to drive/access to transport). Available to start a temporary position on immediate notice
