What skills and experience we're looking for
Our staff, learners and governors are keen to appoint enthusiastic, innovative, skilled and highly motivated people to join our team. Applications are always invited from excellent candidates, who have proven ability, creativity, vision and strong practice.
We would be excited to receive applications from people who have specialist knowledge and experience working with leaners who have severe, profound learning disabilities, autism and social/emotional needs in either specialist or inclusive mainstream settings.
When it comes to teachers, we would love to receive applications from teachers committed to their own development and progression, with middle leadership experience. If you are beginning your teaching career as an ECT and have a passion for delivering life changing practice for children with SEND, we would also welcome your application.
Due to the high levels of demand for places, we're opening new classes in September 2025. We're looking for teachers with experience of EYFS, year 3,4,5 curriculum delivery and teachers with an ASD/Special school background (closes 21 March 2025. Interviews 27/28 March 2025).
