The Role

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team at Film & Foil Solutions Ltd. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and wants to be part of a supportive team.
In this role, as a Customer Service Representative, you will support our sales team and ensure our customers receive outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities:
Handling customer enquiries via phone and email.
Making outbound calls, including reaching out to potential customers.
Processing orders and maintaining accurate records.
Working closely with internal teams, including logistics, QA, and finance.
Providing product information and advice to customers.
Responding to customer queries promptly and professionally.
Building strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
Ensuring accurate order processing and record-keeping.
Proactively identifying opportunities to support customers with their needs.

The Person
We are looking for someone who:
Has strong PC skills, including Microsoft Office.
Communicates clearly and confidently over the phone.
Is comfortable making outbound calls.
Has previous experience in customer service or telesales (preferred but not essential).
Is eager to learn and has a positive, proactive approach.
Knowledge of the flexible packaging industry is a bonus, but full training will be provided.
